I’m sorry that you’re having issues with the video playing. If you’re using a Mac or Apple product, you will need to make sure your adobe flash is up to date. Also – sometimes Macs will disable the adobe flash. You’ll make sure flash isn’t disabled. That usually solves any playback issues. Hope this helps.

Hi I was wondering why the most recent video won’t play on any of my devices? Is there something I need to do to my computer to watch it?
